TANIA M. MOYRON, Associate

 


 

Experience

Ms. Moyron specializes in corporate restructuring and insolvency with experience in representing debtors, liquidating trustees and creditors. Ms. Moyron also has experience in complex litigation matters and bankruptcy-related appeals. Prior to joining Felderstein Fitzgerald Willoughby & Pascuzzi LLP, Ms. Moyron served as a trial and appellate judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christopher M. Klein, Chief Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California and former member of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Most recently, Ms. Moyron practiced as an associate from 2006 to 2010 at Levene, Neale, Bender, Rankin & Brill L.L.P.

 


 

Education

Ms. Moyron received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature Writing from the University of California San Diego and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

 


 

Honors

and

activities

Ms. Moyron spoke at the Federal Bar Association 4th Annual Bankruptcy Ethics Symposium on "Appellate Ethics and Frivolous Appeals" and at the Federal Bar Association 5th Annual Bankruptcy Ethics Symposium on attorney civility. Ms. Moyron is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Federal Bar Association, the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum and the California Bankruptcy Forum.
