California Continuing Education of the Bar completely revised its two-volume treatise, "Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy Practice in California," for the changes made to the Bankruptcy Code by enactment of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. Steven H. Felderstein and Paul J. Pascuzzi revised chapter 12 entitled "Representation of Individual and Small Business Debtors in Chapter 11," which they co-authored in 2003.

Paul J. Pascuzzi is serving a three year term on the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California from 2006 - 2009. Paul is currently Vice Chair of Member Services and has been appointed Chair of the Executive Committee for the 2009-2010 bar year beginning in September.

Paul J. Pascuzzi is serving a one year term as President of the California Bankruptcy Forum and continues as a Board member of the CBF representing the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum.
